Attention parents of all current 7  through 11 grade students:

Your student should have received a 2015-2016 registration packet from BHS on Tuesday, April 28. This packet contains information on preregistration requirements along with 5 different state and county forms that must be filled out completely. New policy requires that 2 new proofs of residency must be provided each year, and the acceptable forms are listed inside the packet. Additionally, if your child’s immunization record has expired or is about to expire, an up-to-date one must be provided. If the blue card is current, then no action needs to be taken. (Contact Mrs. Cofield at 528-7867 to verify the status of your child’s card if you are unsure). Finally, if any child custody/legal guardianship has been modified or changed through the family court system, please provide all legal documents as soon as possible. If you have any further questions, please contact the high school and ask for the registrar or one of the counselors. All of the forms, along with the 2 current proofs of residency, and any other updated documents, must be turned in to the high school as soon as possible.

Thank you for your attention to this important matter concerning your child’s registration and prescheduling for next school year.
