Summer Registration 2015

As a reminder, schedules will be distributed and lockers and/or parking spots will be available for purchase starting on July 28th for 11th and 12th grade students  and Wednesday, July 29th  for 7th- 10th grade students.  See below for the specific times.  In order for your students to receive his or her schedule, purchase a locker and/or a parking spot at summer registration, all outstanding fees must be paid and we must have all appropriate, current documentation (mid 2015 dates).

These updated documents include the

Alabama and Lee County registration forms,

two current proofs of residency,

the home language survey,

the employment survey,

the residency questionnaire,

the student's updated immunization card,

and a lunch form.

We should have your student’s immunization card on file, and you will be able to complete the lunch forms at registration, which will also be a requirement prior to receiving your student’s schedule, purchasing parking, and/or  purchasing a locker.  If you submitted all of these documents prior to the end of school, we thank you so much for your assistance in this process.  If an affidavit was used in the past, a current affidavit MUST be completed for the 2015-2016 school year.  Affidavits may be obtained and notarized through other individuals prior to the summer registration.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact the school.
